Fitz ARPH #14238 is a two-year-old neutered red tri male who lost his home due to an unfortunate change in family circumstances. He is up to date on vaccinations and heartworm preventative, housebroken, and crate trained. He knows a few commands, such as sit, down and come. “Stay” is a work in progress. Fitz can be reserved until he gets to know you; then he’s a total love bug, according to his foster mom. His biggest fault is being a committed counter surfer, so that will need work. Fitz is good with the cats and other dogs in his foster home, he rides well in the car and walks well on leash. His foster mom says he is pretty low key and would be a great walking or jogging partner; she takes him every day. If you’re looking for a nice companion, Fitz may just be your boy! He is fostered near Avoca, NY. Any interested adopters would be required to travel there to meet him. If you are already approved, please contact Kay.
