Yay for Piper! She found her forever home!

Piper is a 7 year old spayed blue merle female with a docked tail, weighing about 40 pounds. She is not getting along with the resident small dogs, so she is looking for a new forever home without them. She is said to be fine with the larger dog, a Lab. Piper is very smart, enjoys playing fetch, and loves to be with her people. If you are interested in Piper and are already approved, please contact Kay, who is screening homes for the owner. Piper is located near Cazenovia, NY. If you have not yet been approved, please submit an application .

Fitz has been adopted! Best of luck to him and his new forever home.

Fitz ARPH #14238 is a two-year-old neutered red tri male who lost his home due to an unfortunate change in family circumstances.  He is up to date on vaccinations and heartworm preventative, housebroken, and crate trained.  He knows a few commands, such as sit, down and come. “Stay” is a work in progress.  Fitz can be reserved until he gets to know you; then he’s a total love bug, according to his foster mom.  His biggest fault is being a committed counter surfer, so that will need work.  Fitz is good with the cats and other dogs in his foster home, he rides well in the car and walks well on leash.  His foster mom says he is pretty low key and would be a great walking or jogging partner; she takes him every day.  If you’re looking for a nice companion, Fitz may just be your boy!  He is fostered near Avoca, NY. Any interested adopters would be required to travel there to meet him.   If you are already approved, please contact Kay.

Introducing Willie and Diana!

Willie and Diana are looking for their forever homes. Their mom, Brie, is an Aussie and their dad, well, all we know is that he had good taste. Willie and Diana are well socialized, friendly, happy 3 month old puppies. They are as house broken as 3 month old puppies can be. They are great with dogs, cats, kids — truly perfect puppies! They love being cuddled and are eager to return the affection. Their Aussie mom Brie was a smaller Aussie, so we think Willie and Diana will also be medium sized dogs. If you’re interested in either puppy, please contact Karen.
