Fitz ARPH #14238 is a two-year-old neutered red tri male who lost his home due to an unfortunate change in family circumstances. He is up to date on vaccinations and heartworm preventative, housebroken, and crate trained. He knows a few commands, such as sit, down and come. “Stay” is a work in progress. Fitz can be reserved until he gets to know you; then he’s a total love bug, according to his foster mom. His biggest fault is being a committed counter surfer, so that will need work. Fitz is good with the cats and other dogs in his foster home, he rides well in the car and walks well on leash. His foster mom says he is pretty low key and would be a great walking or jogging partner; she takes him every day. If you’re looking for a nice companion, Fitz may just be your boy! He is fostered near Avoca, NY. Any interested adopters would be required to travel there to meet him. If you are already approved, please contact Kay.

Willie and Diana are looking for their forever homes. Their mom, Brie, is an Aussie and their dad, well, all we know is that he had good taste. Willie and Diana are well socialized, friendly, happy 3 month old puppies. They are as house broken as 3 month old puppies can be. They are great with dogs, cats, kids — truly perfect puppies! They love being cuddled and are eager to return the affection. Their Aussie mom Brie was a smaller Aussie, so we think Willie and Diana will also be medium sized dogs. If you’re interested in either puppy, please contact Karen.

Max is a 3.5 year old, 50lb, black tri male Aussie who was purchased from a breeder (the breeder is not requiring that he be returned to them). Max is a great dog and very loving, but he’s also extremely high energy and his current owner is finding it difficult to keep up with him and her small children. If you’re interested in him, click on his photo or the link below, to be redirected to the ARPH website for more information on him and how to start the adoption process.
