ARPH in the NorthEast and Mid-Atlantic areas 
I am looking for a young male and have already filled out an adoption app and been approved. However before I get too serious about Scotty can you tell me where in Pa he’s being fostered (I’m in northeast Ohio). I’m looking for a med energy small male that wil get along with my Eng Cocker who is the boss dog .
Scotty is being fostered near Carlisle, PA. Since you have an approved application, when Scotty is posted for adoption, you can contact the rep with specific questions.
